REFUND AND RETURN POLICY- DHAROHAR OF PURLS
Before you return products, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. We assure you that all products sold are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition.
All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products that are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for exchange.
No return or exchange policy.
Please note each product is made for you as per your requirement, thus we don’t have return or exchange policy.
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as described”. Please contact us on dharoharofpurls@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number, delivery address, and send us an image & video of the item.
Team Dharohar of Purls will schedule a reverse pick up within 3 – 4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused/ unworn with the original tags intact.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the order is placed you cannot cancel the order.
In case of a failed attempt at delivery, the product(s) shall be returned to our warehouses and we shall cancel the order and refund the amount deducting the shipping cost.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us at dharoharofpurls@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @dharoharofpurls. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
